Although I arrived at almost closing time on a Friday, Dave made me feel like he was happy I came in. He took my car in the shop, found a replacement for the bolt I couldn't find, and even vacuumed the floor. While waiting for less than 20 minutes, I overheard the owner explain the insurance claim process to a customer in the most respectful, kind, and honest manner. Luciana at the front desk & I talked Jeep like old friends. Also, the cost was far below what would have been fair. Weeks later, my mirror is like new and I am still grateful for their kindness.
